Timeline and Booking

Contract and Payment
Review and signed the contract which outline our policies. Process the retainer to finalize the booking

We will process the final images within the promised time frame. You will receive the epic delivery of your treasured moments captured by us.
Policies
Delivery time frame
We deliver the online gallery within 20 days after the session. more time might be needed to accommodate your additional customizations.
Cancellation policy
If the shoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional fees for the customer. Session will only be cancelled and a full refund given in the most extreme circumstances.
Payment policy
50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking, 50% remainder due prior to the photoshoot.
License policy
We retain copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline.
